Brown, DiCairano score two goals apiece to lead Unreal Madrid I to Indoor Soccer Championship

Roger Brown and Steve DiCairano each scored two goals as Unreal Madrid knocked off The Hobbits 4-2 in the Championship game of Indoor Soccer last night in the Ames sports Complex.  Captain Martin Earley would put the Hobbits up 1-0 early, but both Brown and DiCairano would answer with a goal apiece to take a 2-1 lead into the break.  Earley would knot the game up at 2-2 right out of halftime, and the Hobbits goalkeeper Brian Guerrini would keep the game even for some time, but the duo of Brown and DiCairano would strike again, 3 minutes apart for a 4-2 lead.  Back-up goalie Jeff Leonard sparkled in net for Captain Mark Bolster’s Unreal Madrid team, as time and time again he turned away shots down the stretch to keep it a two goal cushion.
