Hill Fitness is offering a new class every Monday from 11:30am – 12:30pm called
 "Physical Fitness Appraisal and Guidance”.

This class is for beginners to advanced exercisers.

Hill Rec Sports offers a variety of exercise options for both the formal and informal participant. Students, faculty, staff administration and alumni members may access the second level cardio fitness center, main level cardio area, rec weight room, dance and exercise studio and fieldhouse complete with a perimeter jogging track in addition to our classes and instructional choices.


Consistent with our mission, Rec Sports espouses healthy lifestyle choices which include regular vigorous exercise. Our goal is to continue to improve the quantity and quality of our facilities and equipment.
