IM Sports spring season begins with 5v5 Basketbal, Indoor Soccer and Arena Flag Football

The spring IM Sports season is set to kick off in style, with three of the most heavily participated sports beginning in the first few weeks.  The first sport is Intramural 5v5 Basketball which will be played inside the Ames Sports complex on all new rims and backboards.  The mandatory captains meeting will be held in the Spoco on Tuesday 1/26 at 6:00pm and it is open to both men's and women's teams. 

Basketball will be followed by Indoor Soccer, which is played within the confines of two enclosed basketball courts.  Also open to teams of men and women, the mandatory captains meeting for Soccer will be held in the Spoco on Tuesday 2/2 at 6:00.

The third sport offered in the first few weeks is Arena Flag Football.  Played on five courts in the fieldhouse with all the curtains up, this fast paced sport is open also to teams of Men or women.  The mandatory captains meeting for Arena Flag Football will be held in the Spoco on Tuesday 2/2 at 6:00.
