Head Coach: Ryan Larkin 

Ryan Larkin graduated from Stonehill College in 2002 with a BA.  He went on to receive his M. ED from Boston University in 2008 with a Specialization in Coaching, Physical Education and Health. Ryan began as head coach  in the Fall of 2003.  Under Ryan's leadership, Hill Lax is a regular post season participant . In 2009 the team won their league and went on to the national tournament for the 1st time in school history. Ryan also received the Coach of the Year award.  He coached at Merrimack College for one season as well in 2005 and has volunteer-coached with Metrolacrosse in Cambridge in 2002.

Assisstant Coach: Joe McDonough

A 4 year member of the Men's Lacrosse team, Joe played for Stonehill from 2001-2005. He was a three-time PCLL All-Conference selection. Joe was a team captain as a senior. Upon graduation, he began as Assistant Coach in the fall of 2005. Joe still plays in various leagues and tournaments with Run & Gun Lacrosse club. 

Assistant Coach: Hakim Morris

Hakim was a member of The Assumption College Men's Lacrosse team from 2005-2008 (member of NCAA and NE-10). He graduated from Assumption College in 2008 and became Assistant Coach at Stonehill in 2008 as a Defensive Specialist. Hakim still plays Lacrosse for Run and Gun Club Team and CVLC Club team from 2008-Present.
