Head Coach: Derek Jenesky 

Derek has an undergraduate degree from Western New England College and has been employed fulltime by the college since 2000, in the capacity of Assistant Director of Rec Sports.  He began coaching the women's rugby team in '03 and has amassed a seven year record of 50-13-1.  The team has won two New England championships (‘06+'07) and two National Division III championships ('06 + '07) under his watch, and in '08-'09 after being moved up to Division II again won the New England Championship, this time finishing as national runner-up at the finals in Stanford, Ca.

Assistant Coach: Joe Simonson       

Joe, a graduate of Stonehill ('05), played on the Men's team from '00-'05. A part of the '02 New England and Regional championship team, he was named captain in Fall '04.  Joining the Women's team staff in fall '07, he has been instrumental in guiding the team to a DIII New England and national championship in '07-08.  In '08-'09 he watched over the team as they were promoted to DII, again winning the New England and Reginal championship, and finishing second in the National final.
